What is Compassion Focused Therapy?

Compassion focused therapy is an evolutionary-based and integrated psychological therapy.  It focuses on creating more helpful brain states by cultivating compassion to turn towards and work with common life difficulties, emotional distress and health problems

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is the application of specific yoga practices combined with mindfulness, scientific understanding and psychology to alleviate physical and mental health conditions, with the view to promote self-care and encouraging overall wellbeing.
